Prerequisites for a Successful Date

To ensure the safety and sincerity of both parties, a genuine connection must be established prior to meeting. We require that you and the lady have actively communicated through our secure platform. This policy guarantees that your date is rooted in mutual interest and respect.

Please note:

• Personal data exchange (such as addresses, hotel names, or phone numbers) is prohibited in chats or letters for safety reasons.
• All logistics are managed only after a verified meeting request is submitted and processed.
• U.S. clients are required to complete and sign an IMBRA (International Marriage Broker Regulation Act) disclosure form before any physical meeting can take place.

Once these preconditions are met, you may initiate your official meeting request.

How to Arrange Your Date

Initiating an in-person meeting is an intuitive, secure process guided by our rigorous verification standards.

1. Go to the lady's profile.
   Click "Book a Meeting."
2. Complete the Meeting Request Form by specifying:
   • Lady's name and username
   • Preferred meeting date and time
   • Desired meeting duration (default: 1 hour)
   • Location type (café, restaurant, etc.) and city
   • Your phone number with international dialing code
3. Submit the request.
   Our support department will immediately begin coordination with the lady's local agency.
4. IMBRA Form (U.S. members only):
   The IMBRA form is completed digitally on the website when submitting a meeting request.

All data is processed under GDPR-compliant encryption protocols to ensure your privacy and the lady's security.

The Coordination Process

The moment you submit your request, our dedicated logistics team springs into action, executing a proven, standardized workflow:

• The lady's local agency is contacted to confirm her availability and willingness to meet.
• A venue reservation is made (café, restaurant, or lounge) appropriate for an introductory date.
• An interpreter or bilingual representative is assigned and briefed.
• You receive a Meeting Confirmation Packet containing:
  • Verified date and time
  • Full venue address
  • Interpreter's name and mobile contact
  • Administrative reference number for your booking

Once you acknowledge and confirm these details, your meeting is officially scheduled. You'll also receive a reminder 24 hours before your date.

Translation Services

To ensure seamless communication, a professional interpreter will be arranged for your one-on-one meeting. Please note that interpreter fees are not included in the meeting arrangement cost.

The translation service is payable directly to the interpreter at the start of your meeting at a rate of $30 per hour. Since translation fees are handled directly with the interpreter, no credit refunds apply if you choose a meeting where translation is not required.

What to Expect on the Date

To guarantee a smooth introduction, a friendly agency representative or professional interpreter will join you at the venue to ease communication and verify the meeting.

At the start or conclusion of your meeting:

• Both participants will complete a Meeting Record Form, confirming that the meeting took place.
• A few verification photos may be taken (with mutual consent). These can be helpful should you later apply for a fiancée visa or require verification documentation.
• After your date, both you and the lady will be invited to provide post-meeting feedback to help improve our service.

• No refund is issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows without prior notice.

Services Not Included

The Meeting Arrangements Service covers only the organization of the in-person meeting and translation services. The following items are not included:

• International or domestic travel arrangements (flights, train tickets, or transfers)
• Accommodation bookings for members or ladies
• Visa or travel document assistance
• Personal gifts, meals, or entertainment costs
